广东省生物技术产业化促进会简介

广东省生物技术产业化促进会，是经广东省民政厅批准成立的社会组织，2013年10月成立以来，一直以促进生物技术发展，高质量服务企业为宗旨；以引进国内外前沿生物技术，引进全球优秀专家、人才，打造生物技术产业化园区，建设智能的、精准的、信息化的全球领域运作平台为核心目标；在基因技术、海洋生物、生态环保、生物医疗、生物农业、生物智造、生物能源等七大领域，帮助生物技术企业和科研机构知识产权及成果的产业化和市场化；组建“千人专家智库”，发挥专家群体优势，帮助会员单位（包括科研机构和企业）全面解决研发和发展问题，并组织申报政府相关政策扶持资金，获得全新发展助力。

促进会发展至今，已建立包括两院院士和专家等在内的专家智库，并发挥越来越重要的作用；整合国内外生物技术951项；建设有佛山、东莞、中山、惠州、珠海、深圳、顺德七大产业园区；在美国、英国、澳洲、新西兰、加拿大、西班牙等八个国家设立了办事处；与剑桥大学生物学院建立生物技术科研、人才交流、生物技术教育等方面的全新合作；跟英国广东商会达成科技、文化、教育、经贸四大方面全方位合作；跟中国科学院、中国工程院、清华大学、北京大学、中山大学、美国麻省理工大学、广东药科大学、白云山制药集团等十多个国内外大型科研机构建立了战略合作关系。

促进会在服务会员的同时，加强自身建设，实行团队化项目运作机制，成功举办中欧创新经济论坛、国际生物技术高端论坛暨中国国际生物发酵产品及技术装备展览会，在业界引起极大关注。

促进会的全球留学精英创新中心正式进入实质化工作；与广东药科大学合作建设的大型科研实验楼已服务企业；科普进社区活动全面展开；1.3万平米的中外生物技术交流中心大楼2018年投入使用，全面盘活了生物技术的科研、产业化、市场化。

    促进会在生物技术领域进行“产学研、科工贸”一体化推进。积极与国际接轨，实行专利发明人制，抢占国际生物技术领域制高点。促进会打造的生物技术引进，生物技术产业化对接转化，生物技术产业园区完整链条，全面盘活了生物技术领域发展，为中国引领世界生物技术做出巨大贡献。

    The Guangdong Biotechnology Industrialization Promotional Council is a social organization approved by the Guangdong Provincial Civil Affairs Department. Since its establishment in October 2013, it has been promoting the development of biotechnology and high-quality service enterprises. With the introduction of cutting-edge biotechnology in P.R. China and abroad, the introduction of global outstanding experts and talents, the creation of biotechnology industrial parks, and the construction of intelligent, accurate and information-based global operational platforms as the core objectives; in genetic technology, marine life, ecological and environmental protection, Seven areas of biomedicine, bio-agriculture, bio-intelligence, and bio-energy help the industrialization and marketization of intellectual property and achievements of biotechnology companies and research institutions; The formation of "thousand people expert think tank", the Expert Group advantage, help member units (including scientific research institutions and enterprises) to comprehensively solve research and development problems, and organize the declaration of Government-related policies to support funds, to obtain a new development assistance.

     Since the establishment of the association, expert think tanks, including academicians and experts from both chambers, have been established and played important roles in the integration of 951 domestic and foreign biotechnology projects, the construction industrial parks in Foshan, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Huizhou, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Shunde, established offices in eight countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Spain, have established new collaborations in biotechnology research, talent exchange and biotechnology education with the University of Cambridge's College of Biology; the Guangdong Chamber of Commerce in the United Kingdom to achieve all-round cooperation in science, technology, culture, education and economic and trade; with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Engineering Academy , Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Guangdong University of Medicine, Baiyun Mountain Pharmaceutical Group, such as more than 10 large-scale research institutions at home and abroad to establish a strategic cooperative relationship.

     While the association services its members, the Association also strengthen its own development, implement a team-based project operation mechanism, and successfully host the China-Europe Innovation Economic Forum, the International Biotechnology High-end Forum and the China International Bio-fermentation Products and Technology Equipment Exhibition, which have drawn great attention in the industry.

     The Global elite Innovation Center of the Association is formally entered into the substantive work; The large-scale scientific research Laboratory building which cooperated with Guangdong Pharmacy University has already served the enterprise; The 13,000 square meters of Sino-Foreign Biotechnology Exchange Center building was put into use in 2018, which fully invigorated the scientific research, industrialization and marketization of biotechnology.

     In the field of biotechnology, we will carry out the integration of “production, study, science, industry and trade”. Actively in line with international standards, the company implements the patent inventor system and seizes the commanding heights in the international biotechnology field. Promoting the introduction of biotechnology, the integration of biotechnology industrialization, and the complete chain of biotechnology industrial parks have comprehensively revitalized the development of biotechnology and made great contributions to China's leading world biotechnology.
